David Garofalo is a genius. The last couple of years we have done a show predicting the consolidation of a the Cigar Industry. Well, he got another one right and we will be joined by Rafael Nodal of Boutique Blends, the makers of Solera, Pelo de Oro, Swag and Aging Room who will tell us as much as he can about the new distribution deal with Altadis USA and what the future holds for the brand.
Today we are going to smoke 3 cigars from the May Care Package. 3 Times we will light up the Perdomo Habano Bourbon Barrel Aged Connecticut. In the first hour we will do a side by side comparison of a cigar that has too much humidity, with a cigar that doesn’t have enough of it.
In the second hour we will light up the cigar with proper humidification the way it is meant to be smoked.

Speaking of what you eat affecting taste, I made the mistake once of eating hot wings 30 minutes before having a $16 smoke, and I couldn't taste anything. I'm now much more carful about what I eat before and during my smoke.
