This week we smoke a cigar that has been available in Germany and it will make its debut in the USA at TPE later this month. We fire up the Montosa Maduro Robusto from Arnold Andre while we take a sneak peak at the 2023 Firecracker… It’s still a work in progress but we will light it up!

Today marks the 30th year that David Garofalo has been announcing the Cigar of the Year. It's officially The Cigar Authority’s 12th Year doing the show and its’ officially 2022. We have big plans for 2022 and it all starts now with the announcing of the Cigar of the Year!
In the first hour we pop the cork on some Champagne from our friend Tony Serino as we light up a cigar from the Care Package in the Perdomo 10th Anniversary Champagne Epicure before we announce the Cigar of the Year in the 2nd hour.

What goes into making a blend, what are the basics and what does it really come down too? We will dig into the details and pull back the curtain.
This week we mix things up a little bit and smoke two cigars side by side. In the care package were two cigars without a band. One measured 6 x 48, and one was 5 x 52. We invite care package members to do the same and smoke through the process with us…
