Can cigars be good for you? We believe they are and this week will will tell you the reasons why cigars are good for you. David, Mr. J, Barry and Ed will discuss the benefits of smoking cigars as we fire up a couple of cigars.
In the first hour we will light up a cigar from the care package, La Gianna Havana Maduro Churchill and look at the perception of packaging changes and if it changes the taste of the cigar.
Each member of The Cigar Authority is part of the Cigar Journal tasting panel and we will fire up a cigar from the latest back of cigars. We will light up cigar number 2332 and share out thoughts on the cigar and review it life for the magazine on air.

Everyone returns to their rightful seats this week in the aftermath of last weeks chaotic show. This week we look at building a new cigar brand for the long terms as we sit down with Mo Maali as we talk about his brand Patina Cigars.
We will sit down and talk with him as we discuss the challenges of building a new brand for the long term in today’s market and the regulations facing the cigar industry. We will smoke Patina Cigars which are made in Grenada, Nicaragua at Casa Favelli.
In the second hour we will take a look at viewer feedback from last week’s show and see what you thought of it. We will also light up a second cigar, this one from the Care Package in Le Careme from Crowned Heads.

It’s the Barry show and The Cigar Authority plays musical chairs. Barry slides into the hosting seat, with David Garofalo sliding over to Mr. Jonathan’s seat who in turns slides into Barry’s seat.
We will be joined by the owner of H New Media, Lawyer Frank Herrera as we look at the effects of FDA regulations. Are new cigars still being Trademarked? Is Substantial Equivalence a face? We will find out the answers to these questions as we fire up Taino from Serino Cigars.
We will also ask the question, what cigars to they really smoke? We will look at what each person smokes when the cameras are off. What did they buy, what are the best cigars when their money is on the line.
In the second hour we light up the Aladino Connecticut which has been released to a limited amount of retailers including Two Guys Smoke Shop.

It’s the backwards show! This week we do everything backwards as we welcome urban artists 2ESAE and SKI better known as URNY and the duo behind Back to Back Cigars and the rebranding of Zino Platinum Exclusive Series. The duo was in town to finish the kick-ass mural on Two Guys Smoke Shop in Nashua, NH now that the cold weather has finally broke.
In the first hour we light up the Back 2 Back Nicaragua Robusto from the care package as we sit down with the Brooklyn Duo as we find out if Dave likes the art that now covers his building. Dave will have a doozy of a story about what happened from the first time they were here in October.
In the second hour we will fire up the Back 2 Back Connecticut as we continue our art conversation with URNY.
