Smoking Cigars Blind... Do the Bands Matter?

We do, and we will explain the concept and history behind it as we take that process to the cigar world.

Let's face it as we walk through the humidor a cigar band can catch our eye and causes us to gravitate toward that smoke. We all have friends that a loyal to one brand, but would they be if the didn't know the cigar they were smoking.

So You Want To Open A Cigar Shop?

The flu is running rampant in the Northeast, and with David G under the weather and unable to taste anything we are pulling a wild card and changing up the show. Originally slated to be a blind taste test today we light up two cigars from The Cigar Authority Care Package.

We have heard it before, so many people want to open a cigar shop of their own. Well we have advice for you as we discuss the do’s and don’t and let you know why you are out of your mind for even considering or dreaming of the idea.

The 2018 State of the Cigar Industry Address

With bombogenesis a thing of the past and New Hampshire in the midst of an ice age with temperatures below zero degrees with as the question is cigar smoking a season thing? Cold, Snow, hot, muggy? What is the best weather condition for smoking a cigar, and what are the best types of wrappers for various weather patterns.
